Excellent guide to use when changing all these bits. Few things I did a little different,
1- crankshaft position sensor does not need to come out,
2- make some guide pins to help with re-install of the transmission.

I used 4 M12-1.75 x 120 mm long bolts, cut the head off and put a slot to help take them out. Put in the guide pins in the motor making sure that the exposed parts are all same length. this helps in making sure that the trans is square to the motor at re-install. Once input shaft is splined in the clutch, replace the guide pins one by one with the bolts and slowly snug everything in. It all slides in like butter
