Berk HFC's Raspy
Hey Guys,
I changed the title, but it still shows the original post.
I recently installed some Berk HFC's, and I'm getting a pretty bad rasp. I purchased the Berks to avoid this issue, so I'm pretty bummed. They were installed by a professional shop, and I checked for leaks afterwards as well.
What are the best solutions people have used to eliminate the issue? I have tried it with 2 different exhaust setups. I'm gonna get flamed for sure, but I'll post both set ups.
Beluga true dual catback - sounded very good without the cats, but once they were installed, awful sound.
Beluga Y pipe, stock mid pipe, beluga axle back - sounds much better this way, but still pretty raspy at higher rpms.
Is there some trick, or easy (inexpensive) fix?
