There are wiring diagrams towards the end of each FSM section that needs them. Towards the end of the ECS section is where you will find all the engine control wiring which includes this information. The PCS section has a more detailed IPDM diagram (more like halfway through the PDF) but doesn't include the ECM end of it.
You might find it easier to tap in at the ECM end since its already inside the cabin, if thats where you want your switch.

Man I’m pulling my hair out right now trying to find this signal wire for the fuel pump relay. I pulled the black connector from ecm and went to de-pin the terminal 22 wire and there’s not a wire there to de-pin. It’s a blank spot. All the service manuals and phunk show it’s supposed to be there. Anybody have any ideas?
