The OE are very likely the Akebono Pro ACT which is ceramic. I’m not sure where you heard ceramic is loud because it’s usually the opposite, semi metallic will typically be loud, dusty and wear your rotors. The Nismo uses same pads as sport I believe with an aftermarket Nismo option which is Ferodo brake pads which will be more dusty.
