I remember when I was like 25 doing overnight jobs when I worked concrete labor. I was the yard guy AND laborer with the company so I would pull like 18hrs straight. Majority of it was loading the truck for the day and driving to Rockefeller Center in Manhattan right next to the ice rink then laying foam and forms down on top of the stone to lay temporary concrete for some display they were putting up. That was like 3 days of 18+hrs per day. A job like that when younger will def toughen you up.

I can remember working 12hr days for 45 days straight before getting a day off. Then working another 44 days before getting a weekend off. The most OT in one year was 1,400 hrs. That was when we did commissioning and start up of a power plant.
