So… I’ve recently found a property in Palm Beach FL. It’s been appraised by a judge in NY for $18MM. Rumor has it the owner is going to prison soon and should be motivated to sell.
I offered the owner $21MM. Sight unseen. I’m thinking I should be able to flip it for $23MM. Wish me luck!!!
