Hell, from a comparison stand point, it would stand to reason that they would offer a MT in the Nismo one to make them stand out even more from the the non Nismo ones AND more appealing to enthusiasts. I cannot believe that from an engineering perspective, they couldn't figure out a way to drop in the CD009 from the 370. I mean there is so much 370 in it, what would adding in a CD009 hurt?

I may have misread your post, but to clarify, you CAN get a manual 6mt in the non nismo z34.5. It even has an upgraded clutch iirc.
I do wish that the nismo was also available with a 6mt as well but for me, while disappointing, it’s not a deal breaker.
