In the 2 weeks of being in the penalty box, I've really taken the extra time and focused on my workouts/cutting phase.
I've stayed strong by pushing through more weights with less calories.
I've stayed hydrated by drinking at least 2 gallons of water/day.
I've stayed frosty by taking ice cold showers after workouts. I tried the ice bath concept by putting bags of ice in the tub, but a bit too cold for me.
