Late term abortion is not murder, because spontaneous abortions never result in a funeral because.....the child was never there in the first place.
You can disagree all you want, the world has 195+ countries, and USA is just one of them. And if USA has its own definition of the abortion, it doesn't mean that 194+ other countries have this. Same goes for your constitution. I agree and am happy for whatever your people have chosen, and I'm also happy that each country has their own constitutions.

There's many opinions on this.
Just because there is no funeral doesn't mean it's not murder. You don't need one and the other to equate to anything.
People/states/countries may have different laws, but universally, I think we can all agree that once a fetus has a heartbeat, this is the inception of life. Though this fetus does not have the ability to think/make decisions for itself, it is very much so a living being, and to end its life by another could/should be seen as murder.
And the argument for pro-abortion from rape/incest/etc. is a very very small percentage compared to other reasons for abortion:
https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/...on/1211175001/
"Just 1% of women obtain an abortion because they became pregnant through rape, and less than 0.5% do so because of incest, according to the Guttmacher Institute."
