$4600 for gallery gaskets?!?!? WTF Soho???

I had my gallery gaskets done along with a ton of other work at the same time, including clutch and fuel system work and it didn't cost near that amount.

Miles are low enough I'd be less concerned, but the age is getting there. For peace of mind, I would just replace them (find another shop) with the EPS kit. Alternatively, you can get an oil pressure gauge and see how things look at cold start, idle, WOT, etc. This data can provide you with a reasonable gauge on how well the stock gaskets are holding up.
