Being "in shape" has the "ice berg" affect in my opinion. Folks only see 10% of the overall puzzle when looking at someone's physical appearance. The other 90% is self discipline with diet/sleep, consistency in diet and workouts, proper meal/workout planning, setting short term goals, pain from either muscle fatigue or injuries, etc. Working out isn't always something I look forward to, but I know I'll feel better afterwards.

This isn't just limited to working out/staying fit. This is LIFE. Most successful people come from humble beginnings and society doesn't see the sweat/tears/effort/etc. part of the process.
