I replaced mine last year, at about 40K miles.
It was a pretty straightforward job, but it took a lot of patience and force to get that old bushing out. I used the removal tool from Z1 motorsports; it worked quite well. There are some good how-to videos on YouTube.
It's critical to replace a blown bushing. My car was really hopping around after the original blew. Bad design. The new, solid bushing from White Line is a huge improvement.
