I'm thinking of doing the same thing - replaced out my stock Nismo exhaust with a FI and its been sitting there collecting dust for the past year. I tried selling it on FB marketplace and honestly - with not being able to - would rather pass it along to an enthusiast that might want it vs going through the hassle of trying to sell it.
I would say GLWS - haha but since you are giving it away - I'm sure it will go fast
