Clearly, the US (and the world) has a major opioid/fentanyl/drug crisis. And clearly, the problem isn't going away because the laws/policies are too soft. Solution? Get tougher laws/penalities/punishments. Look at what Singapore does:

If you murder someone in NY you have an 85% chance of having your charges.dropped.to a misdemeanor. 2 lbs of pot is pretty much personal use now.

The entire city stinks of weed and pissss.
