Fair enough, but that was in response to your post about every physical body being the same.
My original post was referring to health and working out/staying in shape is more important than diet (I understand both diet and gym are important) and the point I was trying to make is that diet alone isn't what's going to cut it in terms of health, and if I had to choose between the two, my vote is for the gym.
