CEO is correct. I’m a capitalist so I’m siding with management on this one. If workers want bonuses, then company needs to turn enough profits to justify them. Jealous of the CEO’s pay? Then work your way into ceo position.
Socialists would want to cut c suite pay to redistribute to workers. The workers are all expendable lower skilled assets, they wouldn’t even have jobs but for the ceo/leadership that created the company and made it successful enough to hire people.
