And yes, 10 BM's. Not having the sauce makes a huge difference in terms of calories and how much I can eat at once. But, it's only once a week and after a heavy lift session.

When I was racing mountain bikes back in the 90's. After a race or heavy training day. It was always a BIG plate of pasta. Sometimes 3 of them. Always ate them within an hour afterwards.
