Did my heaviest lift today instead of my normal Thursday's. No weekly McD's fix, but did get pho as wifey wanted it also. Overloaded on carbs with 4 bowls of chicken pho and a side of chicken fried rice.
On a side note, I'm not into Asian chicks, but this pho restuarant we went to had some HOT@$$ servers (though most of them did look alike).
