From the previous interviews, I have noticed that more interviewers are dressed very casually. Much different than say 7 years ago, when suit/tie was the norm and expectation in my industry. When I interviewed with Pfizer a few weeks back, one of the interviewers was dressed in a tank top and a hat backwards 
With FL's hot@$$ weather and not wanting to feel out of place by dressing up more than necessary but not wanting to under-dress, thoughts on a polo shirt and dress pants for interviews? |
im always in a suit and tie.. clean shaven, looking my best.. but thats just me. you never know how they'd perceive you if you were in anything less
