Like I said, out of state spring breakers have no regard nor respect when they come. It's almost like they feel they have immunity from FL law and when they get caught, they claim ignorance and victim.
On a side note, my beloved alma mater was on spring break this past week, and saw some gorgeous kappa's from UF
