This one does something similar. Not exactly sure how many hours it takes but it's not a complete shutown, more like a deep sleep.
The appeal compared to the workshop12 route is just how much works out of the box for a similar price. I got mine from AliExpress for $1,000, can be had for slightly less with coupon straight from aucar. The workshop12 is $299 for the plastics. Then $200-$300 for their electronics. Then you need a tablet and sort the charging situation. On top of that you still need to figure out backup camera and steering wheel controls.
