Had liberty mutual bundle for many years. Never had a claim. Tornado went through the neighborhood and took a couple of shingles with it. Called ML and they sent somebody out to inspect. Insisted I needed a new roof and he “knew a guy”. Cost me $5,000 deductible on a $24,000 roof. Got the check and a cancellation letter in the same envelope. Insurance fraud is real and it’s costly.
