In the Portland area the only people I know of who can do ecutek tunes are PREracing and apparently English racing in camas has recently started to do VQ tunes as well, neither of which specialize or have extensive knowledge in VQs.

If I were you I'd just get a remote tune like most of us do, there's no downsides except for you having to spend a little bit of your time to collect datalogs, I recommend SpecialityZ.
