Default Did I get a quality tune?

So I recently got tuned after throwing on a few bolt ons and was a little disappointed, and I'm wondering if that's justified or not lol

For context I have a 2016 Nismo with 7at and this is my first time installing mods on one of my cars, so I'm pretty new to this. I'm based in Vancouver, WA and drove up to Seattle to a shop that had an EcuTek master tuner. The whole experience was a little weird, the tuner refused to put a pop and bangs map on (didn't really want it, but I don't mind having options lol)

My mods installed:

Z1 cold air intake
Invidia Gemini CBE
Motordyne ART pipes

So the first dyno pull without a tune showed a baseline of 308whp,
and after 2 more pulls and tuning the dynograph showed 313whp.
Unfortunately I don't have the dynograph for the torque, but I remember it being 4-5lbs more. He said I was running lean by 7% and fixed that, and threw a valet map on and sent me home.

Now maybe I'm stupid, but I thought people with a similar build to mine made closer to 320-330whp. Just curious what anyone here thinks, and if there is anything I could do to get that number up a little.

Also: Bonus points if anyone knows a good shop for 370s in the Vancouver/PDX area
