Try refreshing clutch fluid, bleeding and checking for leaks first. Probably the easiest first step.

If you're having trouble going in gear the stick shift may not have been properly torqued in sequence. There's 3 bolts holding it in place. If the stick shifts three fasteners are not torqued in sequence and I believe in the proper gear, you could have gear engagement issues.
