1. Does the 10K mandatory service expire by a certain mileage or time limit?
2. And when you say you tend to stay with the car, do you watch from a waiting room window or do you literally watch over the mechanic's shoulder?
3. Dead @$$ question: If you took your car to Lexus or BMW, could they service your car?
