Exclamation 370z AT loud thunk sound...

So I have done quite a bit of research regarding this issue and I have not found anyone that has any kind of similar issue happening with their car. So here is the issue I am having with my 2016 Nissan 370z Sport Tech:

The transmission has made me very weary because I am only at 40k miles and when I bought it at 15k miles it had the same issue but now it seems slightly worse. Whenever I am in Park and I shift to Reverse on a very small incline and sometimes even on a level surface, there is a loud thump clunk sound. Sometimes it happens when I am shifting into Drive from Park but most recently it happened on a level surface when I was shifting from Drive to Park. Here is a link to a dashcam video that happened most recently after driving the car to the carwash after getting an oil change done by the Nissan dealership:

**I just noticed that at 0:28 in the video my car drops a little bit when the sound occurs..!! If you look closely at the bricks you will see that my car moved downward when I shifted into park. Any ideas on that?!!**

Overall, I am very concerned about this sound because it does not sound good at all. Sometimes my parking pawl does not engage fully either or at least it feels that way.. Sometimes I hear it engage and sometimes I don't. I have been using my parking brake as much as I can as of late to try and make things easier on the transmission and my parking brake really hasn't been helping much at all. I think something may be wrong with that too because I remember one time I forgot I had the parking brake on and I started to roll forward in Drive with the parking brake up which I'm pretty sure is not supposed to happen...

Any ideas would be very helpful.. Excuse my language in the video lol
