4 sizes over might be a bit too much depending on your offset. I believe Ecutek can monitor this.
Being that's a speed sensor A means 7at. This sensor has given issues to the G37 community it's located inside of the trans
As for the p0315 crankshaft position sensor goes, they could be related or separated.
by related I mean they could share a ground at one point.
The only way you'll get to the bottom of it is by monitoring these and try to get them to appear when commanded.

Ive tried at lower speeds, it runs perfectly fine.. no issues... its happened to me only twice, once was from a launch when i first got the car and then second time during a downshift... since then its never come back on and i'm assuming its the tires that throw it off since they are pretty aggressive... but i bought a new sensor and will eventually replace it down the road if the code comes back...
