Default Cam and crank position sensor codes thrown after clutch and CSC failure

Last thursday the clutch and CSC in my 2014 touring went out. The clutch was completely destroyed, and my OBDII read three new codes, a P0340, P0345 and P0335. The 340 and 345 codes refer to both cam position sensors and the P0335 refers to the single crank position sensor.

Has anyone had their Z throw position sensor codes after a CSC and/or clutch failure? I'd like to run tests on the crank sensor, but I can't find diagnostic measurements like resistance in any service manual. Any help or insight would be appreciated, TIA.
