A good solid 2 minutes of redline revving is going to heat the oil up exponentially. Then you put it under load (with little lubrication due to it being cooked) and well, kaboom! Plus its like 110degrees here in Florida. His temps must have been higher than he was.

Pretty sure dude was meth'd out of his mind, it's Florida after all.
