So the shift knob can be supertight or superloose? My car is at 15k miles and I can rotate the shift knob by hand if I try to do it. I guess the guy assembling my car just ran out of loctite so I'll have to put some myself I was thinking of using the regular blue loctite (not the super strong, but regular threadlock). Is that ok?
