I would love to own one - but then look to make the Z a project car and start saving up to do things like going FI (one can dream haha). I am a huge hatch fan - had a GTI previous to the Zs I have owned and loved that car. This car I feel would offer better reliability than the GTI and offer that hatchback type versatility along with being a fun hatch. I do agree - RWD > FWD regardless of the torque vectoring etc. But I would love to own one as a daily - for me the current gen is nicer looking than the 2023 but I feel the interior of the new car will be nicer than the current version.

I am sure the ADM will drive me away from even attempting a new gen and the older version might just drop in price enough (the car bubble HAS to burst eventually) for me to get one at a reasonable price…but who knows.
