Hey Rusty, thanks for the quick reply.
The bolts that you posted are still not fully threaded
my bolts are exactly as the ones on the link (attached). This will likely not resolve the problem as I need the bolt to be fully threaded - whatever isn't threaded, would be left sticking outside the flange
