I'd dump it. Too much changing of hands and then the damage repairs you found. It's not worth the chance of it being flood damaged etc. Not everything shows up on Carfax. There's reseller dealers in florida with their own body shops who repair wrecks and don't report them!

I bought my 2010 in 2016 with 72k on it, it has 98k on it now and zero issues. Limiting yourself to ultra low mileage isn't a mechanical necessity. Knowing the whole story, including maintenance is most important.
