"Driving at a speed not reasonable and prudent" AKA this is a ticket that officers sometimes give when they think you are going too fast for the conditions, even if you are under the limit, or if they were not able to properly measure your speed. Meaning, there is no evidence (radar, lidar, etc.) other than their visual estimate based off their judgement and experience. I just don't understand how he was able to come up with 89 lol

Maybe he had to accelerate to 89 to catch up to you? LOL! Or perhaps he just gave you a break in the form of a 90$ "warning"?
