You cannot achieve flush fitment by changing tire sizes. Flush fitment is determined by wheel width, offset, and alignment. Since new wheels aren't currently in you budget, you'll have to use spacers (20-25mm). As mentioned above, 265/35/19 with 305/30/19 is a popular pairing.
