Default Rod knock?

I know I’m going to get some heat for this but oh well. I think I spun a bearing and now have some rod knocking. After some drifting I started driving and noticed a ticking sound. Obviously loud enough to noticed while I was driving. Pulled over and at idle there was nothing. Under load, the ticking got worse but not at idle. Checked oil, it was low and it’s been about 8k miles since my last oil change. Threw 2 quarts in and babied it home. The ticking/knocking was only noticeable trying to maintain speed, but while increasing speed or coasting, the sound went away. Outside temp according to the car was 49f and my oil temp was 230. I was in 6th doing about 50 and that seems very high for not beating on it. When I pulled in the drive way, you could now hear the sound at idle. From what I’ve read on here cylinder 5 seems to be where most bearings spin and knocks occur. Assuming that is indeed the issue, a new crank, and bearings should remedy the issue. Worst case, the cylinder wall is destroyed and I’ll need a new block along with a crank, bearings, and maybe new rod? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
