The tiny impact the auto enthusiast market has on global emissions is laughable.
Really a waste of effort on the part of the EPA.

I get regulating daily drivers, commuters. Cars that do a lot of miles every year.
Sports cars make up what like 1.5% of the US car market?
And generally drive a fraction of the miles that a commuter car does.

There should be some exemption for leisure only vehicles.
