I have delt with this before. I drilled through the lug and stud. Have to start out small and work your way up. You need high quality carbide drill bits. You must drill slow and use oil to lube the bit. After you get a large bit size the next step is key. Jack the car up and lower it down on a 2x6 with something under the outside edge. Grab ahold of the 2x6 with the drill stud at 180 deg. Pull up on the board the kick the top of the tire. It should break the stud. It was one heck of a mess. Good luck, you are going to need it.
