Default Loose Wheel Stud

First off; sorry if I may being asking something that has been asked, I searched for this in advance on here and google but hoping for maybe more ideas.

I recently removed my front wheels as I was detailing, they came off easily. But never went back on securely. Attempted to take them off and it became an absolute nightmare, one thing leading to another. Eventually came to find that some of the wheel studs were stripped so I went ahead and decided to replace all 10 studs and lugs for the front. I have been able to remove 8 of the 10 lugs, but the 2 remaining ones are sitting on a loose wheel stud on the driver side that I can not for the life of me remove.

I have tried to drill through the lug, no luck. Tried to grab the head of the stud with vice grips and pliers and remove the lug, no luck. I have pulled on the wheel trying to press the stud against the hub to remove the lugs, no luck, and so forth.

I have minimal tools currently, just your basics really with an impact. Any other ideas? Trying to avoid getting this taken to a shop, but running down to this currently it seems.

Thanks in advance.
