The way mine is setup is the barb in the front of the manifold goes directly to the bypass valve, as recommended by tial this shouldn't be shared with anything else. I use that port in-between the throttle bodies to go to a vacuum distribution block which gives a source for my.boost gauge sensor, Hobbs switch and fuel pressure regulator.
