Default Will there be a large loss of boost after replacing with the ATI damper

Hello! The current setting is A2a sc/9lb pulley/turbo guard and boost is 12.5 psi. At 91 octane , 530whp.

I also purchased ATI Super Damper(#ATI918584) when I rebuilt the motor.

How much power will I lose if I install the atidamper?

I want to know how to compensate for the falling boost. Do I have to retune my ecu? Or should the hardware be changed?
