Nothing wrong, just that the maintenance is colossal comparted to a car and parts easily 5 times the cost. Needed a power steering pump, did my research, $64 remanned from local parts store; in comparison $650 from Mercruiser!!!! So if the people you are commenting about have a car that is a pile; I can imagine the derelict and dangerous shape the boat is in.

I agree it's about what they think they can afford and is easier to swallow by the month. I can pay cash for said truck many times over; however, I chose not to and oh ya SCREW INTEREST!!! I found a $15k truck to pull my boat (safely) cause my life's not about impressing strangers but rather not working until my last breath.
