Default 370 Gauge Cluster Differences Question

Do all the 6 speed manual 370z have the same gauge cluster, specifically the gear position display at the bottom of the tach?

Here is why I am asking:
For my 6 speed manual G37, I have made a device that plugs into the OBD port, calculates the current gear and displays that on the centre LCD on the factory cluster. Here is a short video of it in action:

Since, most of the CAN bus data is very similar to the G37, I was wondering if all manual 370s have that gear number display at the bottom of the tach.

I understand that syncro rev match is standard on Nismo and Sport packages, which use this to show the current gear of the manual transmission.

BUT does the base 370 also have that display but don't use it?
If it does, I may be able to show the current gear.

I think the next Toronto 370z meet will be very helpful and allow me to learn more about the 370 and test
