Oil gallery gaskets. Might as well do timing chain, thermostat, water pump, and all the gaskets and o-rings associated with the work while the timing cover is off.
I had to have my steering rack replaced at 80K miles, so I would definitely give that a thorough inspection at your mileage.

How many hours of labor would a dealer charge to do this? How do I know if I need to do it? I noticed I have fluctuating rpm at idle
