What I am trying to figure out right now is what I am going to do with my turbos. I have the larger 1.06 AR exhaust housing in hand. SOHO has done testing with their single turbo kit so I kind of have an idea of what will happen. With a twin turbo setup the engine has to be dropped to change the turbos so it makes it quite expensive to do testing. If I go back to 11:1 compression on my engine I will not have to make as much boost to make power. My compressor side on my turbo's now start to run out at 25psi of boost at 10:1. That is where the IAT's start to climb. The turbine side is out at 28psi of boost. I only gained 8whp when we went to 29psi of boost. The turbine became a restriction. I may take a chance when I do the new engine and see what happens. Everybody in the VQ platform has always had tight AR's on the exhaust side. If you know of anyone who has done differently and have the dyno graph with boost reference. Please post it here. It will help me out a ton.
