Very little will actually fit and pretty much the only thing you bought was the supercharger and everything else is going to be custom fabricated or replaced and you will end up spending more then you would have in time and money then just getting the correct thing in the first place. It's like getting a great deal on a pair of dress shoes when you needed sneakers and trying to figure out how to make a pair of those. It's kind of silly to put it nicely. Nearly everything that connects to the car won't fit right and the few parts that do will probably interfere with another part. Even if you got it for free you'd be better off selling it and getting the correct one. Unless you enjoy misery and frustration or have nothing better to do continue on.
Good write up, thats a good way to put it. I figured since the 350's HR motor was very similar to the 370's VHR it wouldn't have that much trouble fitting up. Ive been considering the top guns kit conversion as mentioned earlier by another user, which seems to be my only option IF the supercharger itself actually bolts up in the same location. I'm going to check the fitment, and if it's wrong then the kit is going to be sold off for sure. Kind of unfortunate but is what it is!

I'll keep updating as I go
