I used the Z1 kit and I haven't read any complaints about it. Historically, EPS has been the go-to kit but I have used Z1 for literally everything and they haven't steered me wrong yet.

I am curious though, what makes you think your gaskets are in need of replacing? If you have a 2013 it should have come from the factory with the better gaskets. The 350z and 2009-2011 370z where the most affected.
