Put a volt meter to the batteries and they all register 3.0V. I can plug the key into the car and the light still persists. Maybe I got a bad batch of batteries but can it be anything else?
Do you have an ECUTEK bluetooth dongle plugged in? There has been a lot of talk about how that interferes with the key and its range. I haven't paid enough attention to know if that manifests with a low battery light, or if the key just simply doesn't work from the distance it should.
