Just paint the bumper. I can't stress this enough. A quality paint shop WILL be able to match the color, it might take a couple of tries BUT... Don't paint the whole nose of the car, if it doesn't match, then you've got a much bigger problem and a car that's been half re-painted. Check it when finished in both flouresant and natural sunlight to be sure.
I spent years restoring Jags, Rolls etc.. Take my word on this. Just don't accept the car if it's not perfect. Tell them this when you contract them.
Certain paints can be dead on matches out of the can, Glasow (german) is one.

That's one thing I hate about non-factory repaints, 99% of the time they are not perfect and these shops get away with it. Don't drive it off the lot until you've examined the job from head to toe (in different lighting conditions ideally).
